English version below Wir möchten Sie darüber informieren, dass unser IAM-System (Zugangsverwaltung) am Montag, den 6. November, von 07:00 bis 08:00 Uhr einer planmäßigen Wartung unterzogen wird. Schreibende Änderungen am IAM-System und am Ressourcenmanager sind deaktiviert. Die folgenden Funktionen sind betroffen
-Erstellung, Löschung und Aktualisierung von STACKIT-Organisationen und Projekten -Erstellung und Löschung von Rollenbindungen für bestehende Projekte und Organisationen (= Aufhebung/Zuweisung von Rollen an Benutzer auf Organisations- und Projektebene) -Erstellung und Löschung von benutzerdefinierten Rollen -Einladung von Benutzern in bestehende Organisationen
Wir werden die HTTP-Verben PATCH, PUT, POST und DELETE für die folgenden (Unter-)Pfade vorübergehend deaktivieren:
Kunden werden die verminderte Serviceleistung sowohl im STACKIT Portal als auch in der STACKIT API feststellen, dies gilt auch für unsere Open Source API Clients wie den Terraform Provider. Die zu erwartenden Fehler sind 404-Statuscodes. Der laufende Workload ist nicht betroffen.
Mit dem kommenden Release planen wir, die bestehenden Rollen "Admin" und "Owner" zu einer einzigen, schlankeren Rolle namens "Owner" zusammenzufassen. Dies wird unsere erste Rolle mit einer vollständigen Hierarchie sein, die jedem zugehörigen Benutzer den Zugriff auf die untergeordneten Projekte der Organisation ermöglicht. Wenn Sie es vorziehen, dass Ihre derzeitigen Administratoren nicht auch als Eigentümer fungieren, empfehlen wir Ihnen, diese Administratoren der Rolle "Mitglied" zuzuordnen.

Ihr STACKIT-Team __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ We would like to inform you that our IAM (access management) system will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Monday, November 6th, from 07:00 a.m. to 08:00 a.m. Writing changes to the IAM system and the Resource Manager are disabled. Following functions are affected
-Creation, Deletion and Updates of STACKIT Organizations and Projects -Creation and Deletion of role bindings on existing Projects and Organizations (= Un-/Assigning roles to users on Organization and Project Level) -Creation and Deletion of custom roles -Invitation of users to existing Organizations
We will temporarily disable the PATCH, PUT, POST and DELETE HTTP Verbs on the following (sub-) paths:
Customers will experience the degraded service performance both in the STACKIT Portal and the STACKIT API, this also includes our open source API Clients such as the Terraform Provider. Errors to expect are 404 status codes. Running Workload is not affected.
With the upcoming release, we’re planning to consolidate the existing admin and owner roles into a single, more streamlined role called ‘owner’. This will be our first role with a complete hierarchy, which will provide every associated user with access to the subsidiary projects of the organization. If you prefer not to have your current admins also serve as owners, we suggest reassigning these admin users to the ‘member’ role.
